Weaving NWA: Community Circle and Weaver Awards Information Session
📆 Wednesday, March 25th
⏰ 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
📍Fayetteville Public Library, 401 West Mountain StreetJoin us for a dinner, a community circle on the theme of "finding hope in your community” Stay and learn about the 2026 Weaver Awards!
Dinner & Community Circle :"Finding Hope in Your Community" (5:30- 7:00pm)
In a season when the world can feel heavy and uncertain, our community circle offers a warm and welcoming place to come together to reflect, share and connect. While we don’t ignore the challenges of these times, we choose to gather around the truth that hope is still alive—often closer than we realize. Through shared stories and active listening we discover how deeply we are supported by one another.
This circle is an invitation to notice the strength that grows when neighbors come together with openness and compassion. For weavers, hope shows up in everyday kindness, in mutual encouragement, and in the sense of belonging that reminds us we are not alone. Even amid difficulty, community becomes a source of light—steady, renewing, and full of possibility.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with other NWA weavers and deepen relationships with your community!
Weaver Awards Information Session (7:00- 7:30pm)
In every community, there are weavers – people who are quietly working with neighbors, solving problems, and weaving a strong, local social fabric. If we support and inspire more of them, we can heal our communities and ultimately our nation. That’s why we created the Weaver Awards and made it easy to bring them to your community. The Awards are $5000 microgrants that support neighbors, teachers, small nonprofits, and others working to create lasting connections and trust where they live as they tackle local issues.
Join us for a short presentation and Q+A on forthcoming Weaver Awards.

NO KINGS: Fayetteville AR (hosted by Indivisible NWA)
📆 Saturday, March 28th
⏰ 9:30 am
📍Downtown Fayetteville, ARWe have the power and are claiming it together. No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings.
This peaceful, nonviolent action is hosted by Indivisible NWA.
What began in 2025 as a single day of defiance has become a sustained national resistance to tyranny, spreading from small towns to city centers and across every community determined to defend democracy. Our peaceful movement is bigger than ever.
When our families are under attack and costs are pushing people to the brink, silence is not an option. We will defend ourselves and our communities against this administration’s unjust and cruel acts of violence.
On March 28th, rise up, take to the streets, and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings. We’re not watching history happen—we’re making it. Join us.
Our plans: We will gather at 9:30 a.m. on Highland Ave. near Dickson Street (east of Central United Methodist Church). About 10 a.m., we will march down Dickson Street to West Avenue, turn left (south) on West, and enter the Upper Ramble (the former Walton Arts Center parking lot) about midway between Dickson and Spring Streets. We'll be there rain or shine, but be weather aware. We will have trained marshals (peacekeepers) and volunteers to help you find your way. We plan to wrap up by 1:00 p.m. By participating in this event, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. Indivisible NWA is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur. Fayetteville Park Rules: The Ramble closes at 3 a.m. Private events are prohibited in The Ramble. No tobacco products are to be used in parks. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the parks without prior approval from Parks Director. No vending or peddling without prior approval from Parks Director. Vehicles must observe all posted signs. Park only in designated parking areas. Do not park on the park grass. No motorized vehicles are allowed within the park. Place trash in trash receptacles. No fires except in fireplaces or grills with approval from Fayetteville Fire Department. No camping is allowed in The Ramble. Observe City of Fayetteville noise control regulations. Leash and clean up after pets. Posting of streamers, signs, or posters is prohibited when adhered with tape or other sticky materials which remove paint from the pavilions, railings, and other structures. Inflatable jump toys and pony rides are prohibited.
If you need a ride or can share your ride, let us know. Be sure to include: (1) where you live and (2) whether you need a ride or have space to share. We’ll do our best to match you with someone nearby.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
